Through a blend of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and mindfulness practices, I can help you slow down, identify the stress triggers, and create a manageable plan to regain control of your life without feeling like you’re constantly drowning.
Unmotivated:
When you’re unmotivated, it can be difficult to start anything, even the things you know are important. If you’re finding it hard to tap into your energy or passion, I work with you to identify what’s sapping your motivation and help reignite your sense of purpose. Disorganized:
